Fun 3-Ring Tote for the Dallas Hand Knitters' Guild guest speaker

The DHKG gifted this tote to the beloved Knitting Fairy, Alissa Barton, for her wonderful presentation on her Sexy Buttonhole.  The fabric used is a midweight velveteen upholstery fabric, and I embroidered the pocket with a cute fairy from Kate Quick Needle.  I added 2" to the top of the pattern for added height on this bag.   

Alissa demonstrated her Sexy Buttonhole, which is a fantastic technique for a buttonhole in a folded band.  I need to practice more but got one made successfully.
